wanna know if unsa nga crackers that are high in fiber but low in sodium.
I'm on a strict diet + gym, not to mention working in an office environment, and sometimes (most of the times) after meals, gutomon ko.
my meals are as follows:
Mon/Wed/Fri
Bfast: 2 unsalted sunny side up + black coffee (sugarless)
Lunch: Fish + vegetables
Dinner: Vegetables
Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun (Tue+Thu 2+ hrs gym, Sat and Sun 3+ hrs gym)
Bfast: 3 unsalted sunny side up + half cup of rice + black coffee (sugarless)
Lunch: Fish/chicken breast (not fried) + vegetables + 1 fruit
Dinner: Vegetables
Previous Weight: 176.37 lbs (80 kg) (Aug 2013)
Current weight: 143.5 lbs (58.9 kg)
Target Weight: 130 lbs (58.9 kg) (Dec 2014)
any ideas?
