License Plate - Replacement Process

Good day mga fellow istoryans!

My license plate for my care is really old and medyo faded na ang paint. Tried repainting them on my own pero murag useless kay ning bati hinuon tawawon samot.

Ask lang unta if unsa ang process for securing a replacement plate. Katong bag-ong design nga naa si Rizal. Also, pila pud kaha ang gastohon ani? Unsa man pud ang mga requirements? Unsa pud kadugay ang processing ani?

Lainan ko mag tanaw sa akong auto nga sinaw ang pintal pero law-ay kaayo ug license plate.

Tried it before but my case was my plate was damaged (Nabali).

- They require an affidavit of mutilation
- Original/Copy of OR and CR
- MVIS in Mandaue

but to be sure since taod2x naman to, better go to LTO main office to inquire for their updated requirements.
