Hi, I am not quite sure about the assume process. I think the seller and buyer would have to go to Pagibig and process everything. Pagibig will assess the current value of the unit also. Please give me your email so I can send the photos.

I have edited the original post. I have no final price on the assume value but I will base it on the total payments I have for Pagibig plus the equity.
