Please recommend a locally available VPN hardware

Hello guys, need advice in connecting different branches.

We have a server in Cebu. Our Iloilo office wants to access our server in Cebu. I need to let the iloilo office connect to our server in Cebu via internet thru VPN. Any recommendation on a good and locally available VPN hardware/router? Probably one that is easy to setup and with built in basic security already. Also, I need the Cebu server to be accessible via iphone so I guess with the iOS' built-in VPN, it wouldnt be hard, right?


I have a basic knowledge of networking, but basic lang. ))
