    Angry Blind Puppet

    Blind Puppet

    - A Cebu-based rock band formed in March 2013 composed of 5 artists with diverse musical backgrounds who have made a respectable name for themselves as individual musicians amongst the local music scene in Cebu. Junie Alejandro (Vocals), Jaan Quijano (Guitar), Jong Penalosa (Guitar), Edmund Ramas (Bass) and Sam Codilla (Drums) decided to put their own musical visions together. The band started playing covers around local music bars here in Cebu with their influence ranging from Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Pantera, Disturbed, Fuel, and some of the other bands from the 90s.

    When the band started to write their original songs, people who have heard of the band both live and on record describe their sound in many ways, but it really boils down to just one genre - ROCK. A combination of melodic choruses armed with heavy, agressive guitar riffs that has yet to be heard from any local band from the island of Cebu.
