Q. About APC UPS-backup 500VA 230V

Hi Guys,

Question lang. Maka support ba ang APC UPS 500VA para sa load nga 480Watts min usage pero akung psu kay 700w.

Kanang 480w kay computation na diay sa components naa sa akung computer. gamay ra cya, hopefully maka daug ra ang 500va ups hehe.

@TS walay computer nga mu consume ug 480W. basin recomended PSU nang 480w sa imung computation. But if you ever have to have such unitt hat needs monstrous 480w like triple SLI, dual physical server xeon processor, etc, no, 500VA is not enough, it only equals to 300watts+

if shutdown time murag ok rana TS im using the same ups for my system and yes it gives me more than enough time para mag shutdown

that's why most 500VA UPS (300w) is enough for most units with 500w power supply is because computers does not really go beyond 300w at maximum load except if you have those high end systems, monster video cards, etc

i see, so 500va would suffice bsta 500w lang pud ang psu nga gamit.. so any recommended brands? my psu is FSP..
APC and FSP ups nindot nana sila?

the best ang APC. Ang FSP though, bag-o ra ni sa market so wala pa kaayuy reviews. But FSP is a known good power supply manifacturer
