More or less 1k php for the boat, around 300 php for the bus, 200 php for the cab. Naa pa fees ig-abot Caticlan plus the banca ride to the island. 2k php will be safe for one way.

Naay daghan bus Iloilo to Caticlan and vice versa. Scheduled every hour ang biyahe whether ma-puno or dili. Ceres liner.
Take note that the bus terminal is outside city proper (Tagbak) so you have to take a cab from the pier to terminal.

Tried it many ways, bus, vhire, car.
Vhire is faster but uncomfortable for a 4hr+ trip if dili mino pakyawon because they are packed like sardines.
Aircon bus is more comfortable but will take 5+ hours.

Whenever I go to Boracay, I go there via Iloilo. Exhausting au ni na route kay grabe kadugay sa land trip. If mag van ka, layo2 pa gamay sa city ang terminal. Nka try ko ug van, last nako adto then wala xa passengers so upat ra mi sakay sa van. Timing2 ra na. Kung gusto ka hayahay sa imung land trip to caticlan, take the bus kay dako2 ug space. For me, dili jd maayo via Iloilo ka. Im going there on June and sa Kalibo na akong ticket, at least duol2 na xa. same2 ra ang imung gasto, less kapoy pa jd ka.

I think better if you go by Plane. We went to Boracay last November 2013 and going home through Kalibo-Cebu route, I can say its a lot cheaper.
