need jud naa ka permi sa tindahan sir. kay lisod man god management sa merchandising especially retail. then ang pinakalisod kong kiriwan mong tindera or not honest.

anyway unsay nindot nga product edisplay / baligya sa merchandising? as of now naa nkoy educational suuply and cellphone accessories. i want another product.

Ok ra man ang stocks/storage namo kay family business ra man. Wala man mi gi-hire nga outsider pa. Ang akoa lang, lisud ipagawas ang tinuod nga ginansya if dili nimu usa usahon ang nabilin nga stocks. Pirteng kutiha kung daghan ka products samot na manual nimu ihapon. hehehe

Wala pa kaayo ko saktong style kay 2 months pa lang ko sa ani nga business. Atong first, nagmanual count dyud ko sa bilin nga stocks. Ako gihimu para sa end of month, inani:

Net Profit = Total Gross Sales - Total cost of Goods - Total remaining stocks.

Unya ang remaining stocks, considered as deductions na siya sa following month. Bali ga-una nga deductions.

Pero pirteng kutiha sa pag-ihap sa stocks nga mano2x. Mao to kapangutana ko if naa mo lain nga style para ma-try out nako.
