Personally, I don't.
It will be the same with Pakistan who made a peace agreement with the Taliban by giving them the Valley of Swat. Different names, different faces but the same scenario.

Lets give this a chance besides it will be tackled by both houses of Congress Lower House/Senate so this will take a lot of time it bsin mahuman na lang ang term ni Pnoy dili ghapon mahuman ang debate sa Senate LoL

I grew up in Mindanao.. I saw Cities run by Muslims and almost same scenario from admin-to-admin... Corruption left & right, ghost employees ug uban pa.
