Just like to ask if anyone knows the location of Cebu advance car care center? And the quality of their service?

I had a minor car accident and my car is insured to country bankers and i want it to be fixed on the casa but the insurance is not accredited to kia mandaue and they suggested it to be fixed in Cebu advance car care center. To avoid the processing and time hassle I decided to just take my car to this car shop. So I need to know the quality of their service.
