    Default Pentium Unlocked! Anniversary Edition

Comming at Mid 2014. Unlocked Penitum! Though kinahangan gihapon ang Z87 to OC this dba.. anyway, excited to revive this legendary pentium to Overclocker level. I remember way back then when E5200 was an apple of the eye for OC'ers

Master Sempron, hyper threading ra man siguro ang difference sa Pentium ug i3..... also the iGPU pod, dba? not to mention some instructions nga wala pa na utilize sa mga recent softwares. everything else, cores, caches, architecture, are all the same. In my humble opinion, personaly, if i were to have an i3, I will surely disable the HyperThreading kay sagabal ni sa single threaded applications, thus, making my i3 a Pentium.. personal lang ni though coz im running chess engines nga nag require nga ipa disable ang mga HT for better calculations. So i'd chose an i5 4670 than an i7 4770. coz then again, if i were to have an i7, i'd still disable the HT But again, HT would benifit users who run multi threaded apps the most.

HT is not a core replacement but it helps, especially on cpu intensive games. That's why the Core i3 is enough for most gamers. The only thing that bums me about it is the locked oc capabilities. Exact main reason why I prefer AMD. I been overclocking since the LGA 775 days. Their move to rule out mainstream oc'ers since sandybridge is a greedy move, enough reason for me to hide my hard-earned cent from their greedy as*es.

^ bitaw. i remember way back late 90s when overclocking are meant for low budget enthusiasts nga mag OC nalang to make their entry level CPUs work like those high end ones. But now, overclocking loses it's original definition na jud. now, low end cpu's cant be overclocked na. mga high ends nalang. lol. But then again, isn't it nga AMD is also following intel's thread, coz naa na man pod silay specified Unlock Processors, the K series. means same with intel, their low end cpus are locked too.
