Motherboard Temperature 95C-100C problem?

I have a friend of mine, help him setting up his new rig. .Mao ni ang specs sa iyang PC..
So far, na setup nani siya na rig...but nagkaproblema mi sa iyang Mobo...

Mobo: Asus h61m-e
CPU: Core i7-2600
GPU: Palit Gtx 750
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston HyperX
HDD: 500GB Toshiba
Case: Cougar Spike MATX
PSU: CM 500W
Cooler: DeepCool Gamma 200

Now, the problem that we have is ang temperature sa iyang MOBO kay mo abot og 95C-100C, but ang temperature sa iyang CPU is normal only reaches to 35-40C, ang GPU is 45-50C, HDD 30-35C, but except ra gyud sa iyang MOBO,

We used Speccy nga software para makahibaw mi ang temperature sa iyang MOBO, tried namo og uninstall ang Speccy og reinstall, mao ghapon, ni adto mi og bios ang temperature nya same ghapon 100C

Amo gi ilisan og thermal paste, so far natarong man og mount ang heatsink no problems. everyting is good.

We tried using Prime 95 cpu stress, ang temperature sa CPU is 50-60C, so far so good, after an hour wala ra ni shutdown ang PC, walay problema, the only problem is ang Motherboard temperature among nabalak-an kay mo abot og 95-100C...

Ako pod nabantayan, kada hikap nako sa metal part sa casing, mangurente..

It could be a software problem lang boss. As for the kurente, grounded na imong case. Check daw if naa open wires touching the case.

You could try HWMonitor or any other monitoring software to check for the temps sa imong system.

best way to solve it fast is to try another motherboard if softwares doesnt work

@Rainerius we tried using HWMonitor boss same temperature ghapon, .nagkaproblema na gyud ko ani iyang motherboard, .og sa casing bro okay rman ang mga wires/cables natarong og hipos, mao pod ni akong casing sauna Cougar Spike but same pod issue sa iyaha mangurente.

@butitoy thanks bro basin ako nlng ni pailisan sa Gaisano Interpace. .magsuway mi og lain MOBO same model ghapon sa iyaha.

Aww RMA bai, basin defective jud na cguro ang board. Ayaw na huwata ma tabla uban parts sa imo rig

Ug AUXTIN o TMPIN1 na ang init, it may not be a problem at all as long as walay physical component didto nga init gyud. Google it and youll find a lot of those on the net. My board even goes as high as 200C which is unimaginable but it's going on its 4th year now.

ataya ng walay stand off oi, hahaha, kuryente jud labas ana, normal troubleshooting jud ts, rewire, then check tanan, if mao gihapon, ipa warranty nalang sa store

update, ako gi tang2 tanan parts nako without the casing and the temperature is already normal 35C-40C, i don't know ngano ang casing mao ang na culprit ani, maybe it's because grounded siya then mo abot suddenly og 100C ang temperature?
