    Default Terminated due to AWOL..


    Naa lang unta koy pangutana, is it safe to be honest during the interview that I was a terminated employee.. Ask lng unta kog advice, my line of job is I.T, kay as of now man gud feel nako ha, it's been 3 months naman gud since I'm jobless and ni-agi na pud kog mga final interviews sad to say d jud ka lusot. Masakpan ra ba na nila bsag dili nimo isulti about your termination during the interviews??

    And one more thing Illegal man ang dismissal kay one day lang gani ko ni absent nga wala ka file og leave giterminate dayun ko, walay written or verbal warning bah..

    According to my friends kay illegal dismissal pud daw and need jud na ireklamo sa DOLE..

    for me BAD IDEA!!! SO BAD!... kung terminated ka,
    its not good to tell them during an interview
    it might add a negative impression sa imung interviewer
    ayaw lang ebutang sa resume imung previous employee

    based on my experience, i mean.. not really my experience but my friend's case.
    kai akung friend sad na terminate siya
    iya gibutang iya previous company
    iyang ending permi kay dili cya kapasar sa interview..
    i dont know but to be safe ayaw nalang jd. it will be a big risk on your part
    kabaw ka during interviews naa jd na ang white lies

    ma trace siguro na nila kung na regular employee ka ddto..
    like ang pag ibig or sss.. pero murag after pana sa interview guro ma trace
    kai mag require mana silag requirements...

    kuyawa gd, yep matawag siya nga illegal...
    kay akong friend ing-ana pud nag abot jd sila sa dole sa employer

    Thanks sa Advice, hmmmmm so meaning I will start as a fresh guy jud diay looking for opportunities, lisoda pud oyy hawan kaayo akong resume. Pero ma trace man cguro gihapon nila kay what if ma hire then mangayo sa akong account numbers sa SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth with my previous employer ang naka contribute. Tsk tsk tsk!

    naa naman gud kay bad blood sa imung previous company...
    kung ma trace man gani na nila nya hired naka, murag di naman na issue...
    as long as naa ang requirements
    then kung issue man gani nila, then tell them the truth.
    mu interogate rana sila during interview..

    etry lang gd... ayawg kahadlok og panggaply

    lisod manang ing-ana oi, daghan pakay nag process agian labi nag goberno or public attorney
    mulihok
    ano paba ang aasahan mos goberno? as long as nagbayad ng tax kana nga company!

    @freetaste yes, buhaton nalang jud cguro nako ang imong advice.. right now hire naman ko and start na ko ugma, start up lang ni sya nga company i don't know if naa pd ba ni silay government mandated benefits para pang resume lang nako then iremove nako ang akong previous employer

    hmmm.. been on this situation before. nag awol ko sa q before. niapply ko sa cvg and nahire without declaring na naa ko experience. but 2 days before start sa training nako, gitawagan ko sa manager na nag final interview nako na they found out na naa diay ko awol history. dapat kuno naging honest nalang ko pag interview kay i consider man unta

    Ahhh mao ba, pero what if you've been working to many different companies already, As I will not include the company that I had an AWOL history to my resume. Wwould they still find out your AWOL from that company? Or they will only conduct a back ground check to the recent ones??

    na grabi kay na mu background check ang CVG.. ako amiga pasar na unta sa dihang
    dili d i siya accomplished atleast 1st year college.. waley na daun

    hmmmm.. so as for now mga lowbie lng sa nga company then once nga experienced na ka with other companies I can now remove the previous employer that I had a history of AWOL? Ok ra na sya? D na siguro ma trace na noh unless og JP Morgan imong applyan itrace jud na hehehe!!


    One more thing, if mangapply ka sa laeng company diay, ang tanan COE sa imong prev companies ilang pangayuon or only the recent ones??
