Think of it this way. The reason why we see all the ruckus here and there is the fact that people believed in this government, and that PNoy's governance, is no doubt working for transparency and eradicating corruption that has crippled our country in many, many years. Even superheroes will take time to clean all the alligators, leeches and whatnot in government offices.
