PLEASE READ:

One of the fans is noisy, we could claim warranty and RMA the card
but we decided just to sell it cheap since we don't have time to RMA it. Noise goes away when card is under load and fans throttle up. Excellent for gaming if you do not mind the fan noise.

Unit has been used for 2 months and still has complete warranty from CEBU APPLIANCES, you have the option of claiming the warranty and waiting for an RMA-ed unit, or have it watercooled without voiding the warranty in cebu appliances.
