CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
At least 6 months experience in working in a Real Estate company in USA, $3-$4.50/hr depending on experience.

Requirements:
Reliable Internet Connection
Excellent English Communication skills
Desktop or Loptop and headset

Qualification:
Knowledge in US real estate industry
Any freedomsoft, realflow real estate software knowledge
Familiar with MLS
Familiar with BPO (Brokers Price Opinion)
KNows how to do comps or ARV

1. Ad posting
2. Uploading listing to site
3. Screening of Buyers and sellers
4. Lead generation of FBSO, motivated sellers and buyers
5. Documentation process
6. A little transcription of voice messages
7. Social Media Marketing
