I've been through both..
I really Dislike HOmeBased..
Kay una, no benefits.. kung maunsa ka diha.. TY ka..
second.. Boring kay alone ra ka magwork ug wala ka katabi..

I like office based aside from benefits.. many activities like outings and parties.. and not boring..

yup naay advantage og disadvantage ang both..
pero na fit nako ang homebase tungod kay naa koy negosyo..
so instead of 2-3 hours travel i tulog nalng nako..

Pwede ka mag voluntary member sa SSS, Pag-ibig ug PhilHealth.

Office-based ko... full time job jud... with employee benefits... and free snacks from the office pantry...
And i do my homebased works & sidelines in the office...

Ako kay best of both worlds. I do have a regular job + home-based as a part-time freelancer and last but not the least, naa pud negosyo gamay para mapalago ang gakitaon sa regular job ug part-time job.

i would prefer home based. short commute. and you can see you family most of the time. you just have to be good in time management.

and yes. you can voluntary do SSS pag ibig and philhealth.

homebased since i graduated. it's been 6 years already, unya wa koy sss, philhealth or unsa pa na dha.
i am not even volunteering. homebased kay naa sa balay ang negosyo hehe

I prefer homebased because I am earning tenfold compare ng work pako sa office. Regardng sa benefits imoha nanang diskrate unsaon nimo. Sayun ra kaayo na, not an issue for me.
