nganong mag problema man ka anang 24V or 48V TS? nga pwede ra man 12VDC ra imong fan nya 240 ohms 5 watts = 48VDC, 12VDC fan + 120 ohms 5 watts = 24VDC...pirting daghana akong gipang ta-ud ani sauna sa mga Sakura amplifiers, nagkalidades lang ang mga voltage, naay 36VDC, 60VDC, 71VDC, testeran ra nako ang + ug - sa fan leads nya adjust ko ug value kung taas ra or kuwang....

hehehe, i'm not using it as directly as a fan.. i'll be destroying it and modifying it to something else (secret!.... i'm not telling.. hahaha!)

    thanks for your inputs though..

Let me guess.....duda ko himu-on ni nimo ug mini generator and function as a windmill, kung mao man gani TS, the intensity of the magnet on the DC brushless fan is too weak to produce enough amperage and remember it`s only a 4 pole generator motor, meaning kinahanglan ka ug taas2x nga RPM para lang muproduce ug tiny weeny voltage, swerte na lang kung maka pasiga ni ug 3W LED @ 2000 RPM, it`s better siguro kung ikaw mismo mu himo sa generator using HDD magnets with a 32 poles and a # 20 AWG magnet wires, sure pa ko nga maski 100 RPM and a bigger propeller can hit 70 volts @ 5 amperes, but it`s a nice educational project though, a mini generator enough to power a single mini LED and place it on a bonsai tree

nope. hehehe! that's so obvious that it can't generate a voltage for practical uses..

it won't be a secret if i'll tell .. hahaha!

yohooo 24v dc fan.. where are you

unsa-on kaha nimo TS nuh? wa gyud koy la-ing nahuna hunaan nga uses sa 24-48VDC fans, ventilation, generation, propulsion, unsa pa kaha? ahhhhhh! kahibaw na ko.......you`ll be destroying the fan itself and use the propeller and place it on a bamboo stick then color it with red paint and put some green leaves at the bottom......there you go, that`s my wildest guess ever hehe
