Help! my WD portable drive dili ma detect.

1 year na akong WD 500 gig portable hardrive , na palit ni nako pag sale sa one of the shops diha sa sm.
sulod didto akong mga movies ug treasured mga family photos (no scandal) ang katong photo gui keep to namo for 10 yrs na. ni kalit lang this morning na dili na ma detect akong portable drive sa extreamer video player ug gui try nako sa laptop unfortunately dili nasad sya ma detect. kabantay ko naay gamay na beep - beep - beep sound unya iya light pas pas kaayo mo blink.
pls. pls. pls. need help in recovering bisan katong mga pictures namo lang sa file. kay treasured kaayo to na family pictures. naay shop diri cebu mo ayo or recovery tool na akong ma download. pls. again fellow istoryans help me.

try dukduk basin natulog ang R/W head... mao man na ako WD elements dili madetect pero gidukduk nko tuyok na.. ug nabuhi na ang mga pics and other files...

next time kana inyo treasure pictures e email na sa imo kaugalingon mail, dako kay storage ang gmail.. ereturn mail pag email...

try using another usb data cable if naa kay kahulman TS, basin naa pud diha ang defect......

and next time i strongly suggest using Cloud Storage nalang for these very very very treasured pics and videos, we have dropbox, google drive, and facebook for those now, kung dili ka ganahan makit an sa uban i private lang, its easy, pero for now, i heard some stores can do file recovery, try daw i tawgi ang freesoul sa jcentre, ambot lang kung naa pa sila,

wala pud nimu gi check ang health/performance sa Hard disk Sentinel TS before wa na ni andar? basin connector ra na TS.

When you plug it in, is there a spinning sound? Do you feel any vibrations? If yes, then it's still alive. Try another cable. Or on another machine (if you feel it's necessary).

If it does not work on Windows, burn a Linux Live CD. Change the boot sequence, boot to CD and try it again.
