hello fellow istoryans,i've been having a debate with myself about this question for a few months now,"asa ka,sa trabaho na dako sweldo nya kapoy or sa trabaho na gmay sweldo pero imo kurso ?

i'm currently job hunting, na belong ko sa medical field in fact i have a license but i'm confused if m.work ko ug hospital or dili ,everybody knows na gmay sweldo sa hospital but fun and fulfilling, i'm also considering working in a BPO company coz of the pay and ganahan ko m.try. i've heard a lot feed backs na stressful sa call center.

your opinions and suggestions are highly appreciated

What's your long-term goal?

If you don't have one, then I suggest you make one... it will define the decisions that you will make all throughout.

Depende mana sa imong need, TS. Right now nag BPO ko kay need ko ug dako nga sweldo pero nigka lu-ag2 na nko mubalhin ko ug work nga related sa akong korso, anyway at any time regardless of at any age makabalik man japon ko sa BPO industry.

if you are that confused, ts, why not do it the easiest way.. flip a coin. heads for gamay sweldo and tails for dako sweldo. whatever mogawas, proceed from there. work out the specifics in your head. see if willing ka mo-go through.

for me basta ganahan ko sa ako field of interest... like ako jud course then bahala nah ug gamay sweldo basta mag enjoy and ma enhance nako ang ako course. im working in a company nga gamay ug sweldo pero lingaw kay ako man nga field. sauna i dont mind the salary... experience jud ako... then kung naa nah enough xp... then thats the time nga pde naka mo compete sa uban.

sa ako a lang indot if sa kurso nimu mag start pa man jud kas gamay.. then later on mo base na sa imong experience ang imong sweldo.. agwanta lang sa but it depends on your situation lang jud.
