by the way, tanawa pud kung unsa kalayo ka gikan sa cabinet, the farther it gets, the more prone sa random disconnect...

thanks sa reply mga sir @bim27142 and sir @PROCESSOR, ani man gdni, if direct ko sa modem/router nila kanang murag 16port switch kadako, stable ang connection pero if e connect na nako sa linksys e2500 router para ma distribute with static IP, if nay mag streaming or torrent or full load cya, mo kaging lang kalit ang internet daun disconnect na.

nag experiment ko, ga torrent ko full load, mga after 4hours nawagtang ang internet. saka napodko sa room where naa ang router, on/off....nibalik ang internet. unsa kaha option ani? bag o baya ni nga router

Tawag daw sa CSR TS, e inform sila about sa imong problem. Masakiton pud ang linya sa Globe karon labi na nag upgrade ka to higher bandwidth, mao na kasagaran nako nabantayan karon. Daghan reklamo sa internet connection, mokalit lang kirig dayon disconnect.

Is your account handled by FMCC? If it does, then I feel sorry for you. Ang fmcc sa globe ron, wa nay kwenta nga mga call center agents na ang mutubag... And sometimes, you need to teach them the basics kay usahay way alamag sa sitwasyon..

My take is, try to request for a BR (Bit Rate) test... Unfortunately, kon morequest ka ani, your internet will be downed for a longer period. But the test is indicative sa quality sa ilang linya.

If pasado ang BR Test nimo, try to isolate by checking the in-house wiring... In some cases, usa sad ni sa mga contributors of poor connection. If naa kay loop resistance tester, mas maayo..

mao karon pako ka reply kay gi follow pa nako ang suggestions then unfortunately same problem gihapon 4x a day mag reboot ko sa router e2500.

1. download ko torrent daghan para ma test ang load, if ma full load cya (4mbps) based on MRTG, for few hours ma DC ang internet; ako napod e onn/off ang router.

2. normal days nga daghan users then mag full load cya (4mbps) based on MRTG, mo DC napod.

3. set up a direct connection to the globe (isp) divice to check the ping, so far walay putol ang ping form globe kung ma DC among internet, so duda nako sa router.

akong question...

1. dili ba kaha sa router ni cya nga problem?
2. naa ba specific configuration or setting himuon sa router? (dili pa kaau ko suhito gd)
3. unsa kaha possible buhaton.

bro, try butangi ug fan imung e2500 mu overheat na... mao ma dc ka kung full load ang router
kung ganahan ka stable ang imung e2500 try installing tomato shibby mas stable ang firmware kaysa linksys..
and i think wala na sa globe ang problem naa sa imung linksys e2500
