    Default sport for fitness


    Hey..
    Guys let me know one thing what do you think which sport is best one for the purpose of gaining fitness..??
    As far as i think football is best one... whats your opinion..?

    In my opinion i choose tennis cuz thats effective way to be physically fitness.,

    combat sports... pero katong methods lang na gi gamit for practice and conditioning, no need to actually fight

    Anyway your right arcadix, in my 6 months of tennis training, I felt more agile and my reaction time is getting quicker every week.

    If you tend to be really serious, then basketball. Stamina + endurance + strength are all present. Supplementary workouts are also recommended which make the sport one of the best for overall fitness

    ang nakalisud aning basketball kay team sports man gud ni if bulay-og ka aw goodluck nalang i suggest look for a sport nga solo flight para makamaniho jud kag taman.

    Sa singles Tennis, kung bulayog ka ilhan kaayo hahaha!

    kung maayo sad sus ikaw ra dyud mo balibad kay daghan kaayo manghagit og duwa kay sikat kaayo ka.

    nindot kaayo pang fitness ang tennis.
