    Default Postpaid termination: Need your help guys


    Hi Istoryans,

    I'm planning to cut off my on-going Sun postpaid plan. I think by December 2014 pko mg 2 years..Tired already of their extra charges especially on data even though wala ko ng use sa net.

    Is there a way to terminate it knowing na wala pa ma end ako contract? Anyone here nka try na pa cut sa plan?

    Kanang nindot sad na pamaagi unta para clean sad akong name..I heard ang uban dili na mu continue ug bayad.

    Please need your help guys..

    You cannot easily cut your plan by those reasons.

    Your issues can be resolve easily by calling their hotline and request for reversal of your data charges and etc then disable some settings in your phone or whichever that caused it.

    I was able to cut 3 smart postpaid lines but its broadband but you know i have gone through so many processes and eventually proved that their services is having issues. Mao to na disconnected without termination fees or whatsoever then nagpa refund pami sa mga bills nga wala nagamit ang line.

    basin sad naa kay na on sa imo settings nga mo mo automatic sa net eventhough wa ka ni gamit pero nag on.

    yes you can mao na ako recent plan sa globe..

    you have to pay for termination fee's mine was almost 3K.
    pay for the unit.. actual market price sa imo unit the day you started your contract.
    pay your remaining balance.

    hasol mgpa pre-term sa subscription; pero ang mas hasol ang magcge ug antos sa mga serbisyo nga way ayo..aw naa diay, kanang pdung tingbayad ky mo paspas blik ang connection..

    from what I know..wla pka nakaabot sa lockup period and if ingn ana daw imo daw bayaran ang fone..dba naa mn na free handphone? then be very serious ig pa cut and adto sa ila stores kay if cge rkag okay2 nila mas dugayon nila... globe lng akong netwrk.

    Mao ra jud na ang option TS nga mohunong ka og bayad pero sureness na nga a blocklisted jud ka...hehe
    Sa ako nahibaw-an basta line lang siya kay ako ramana ipa terminate but kung naa handset nga apil ang plan unya naka lock in for 2 years kay need jud ka mobayad sa remaining months nga need pa nimo e consume if mo stop ka........

    even tried using the sim on a basic fone pero still i got extra charges..called their hotlines many times, ng complain nko den cge lng sila ingon nga will get back 2 u ky e-file sa nila ang complaint den sultian daun ka ug mga usage daw nimo nga dili nila matrace ug unsang adlawa ug orasa bsta ni reflect daw sa ila system..wa nko kasabot..

    Ill keep it simple and easy TS, multiple choice, juz choose one para ma make up na nang midn nimo. Ill give you a choice TS, dont waste anymore money and get blacklisted from a sh*tty company with a sh*tty service, or remain and be a good puppy to a sh*tty company with a sh*tty service or pay a sh*t load of money to get out of a sh*tty service provided by a sh*tty company?

    bayaran nimo ang tanan fee/s medyo dako2 gyud na maypa i continue nalang
    o di naka mo bayad pero hassle lang kay naa mag sige samuk nimo pero ma undang rana ma dugay =)
