Good Day Istoryans,

Me and my girlfriend are planning to open a parlor & nailbar/Salon. Since we are still in the process in looking for a location, can you guys give me tips? First Steps in opening a business like permits to what ever. Since we are still beginners in the business world, I hope someone can give an idea on what to do first. Construct and finish the shop then process things the government needs or requirements then shop? Since this is not a big time business do my employees need sss, philhealth, minimum required salary? TIA

First thing to do is to visit the City Treasurer's Office. They will give you a list to comply to get a business permit.
Generally, DTI/SEC registration ra ang kinahanglan to get a permit plus barangay/police/NBI clearance plus mga bayad.
The rest such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig kay in the next 60 days na after business permit was given.
