tried that a few years back. worked for a few days then wala na . mas effective pa ang ballerina tung una kay mura kag naka shabu i think because the old formula has ephedrine or sabutramine mao siga kaayo ko ato dala kalibang hehehe.

it really depends on the person. kung ang tao wala pa experience on any kind of diet pill slimina is very sensitive to them and works well. pero kung ikaw tung tao nga ga take ug slimming pills before like jumping to one brand to another in a fairly basis. say once a year typical yoyo dieter. aw kana murag d gyud na mu talab sa imo.

para sa ako lng pud ha and based on my years of experience with these drugs. it really pays to be more active than depending on them mamayat ka sugod then pas pas pud kaayo ang balik and you end up heavier than the last time. kung dili pud ma maiwasan use it as a jump start on being more active while taking pills parisan dayon ug excercise.

Sorry if I derailed the thread bro... but I'm actually doing you a favor. There are 20-30+ chemical ingredients in diet pills that we don't know about. OxyElite PRO(NEW Formula) actually got recalled because it causes kidney(or liver) failure. SO yeah.... don't waste your money on them.
