1 year nako nag trabaho sa usa ka sakto2 lang na pribadong companya, IT head ko didto. mao ni akong una nga trbaho sukad pag graduate nako. before ko nag start sa trabaho kay mga basic lang ako nahibaw.an pero majority ky "NO HOW" jud ko! self study lang jud ako gibuhat hantud naka kuha nko sa mga concept.. hantud karon daghan2 nko nakama.ohan.. (Virtual server, Cloud Server, Back Haul, Remote Mngmt, cctv, portforwarding etc.) above basic lang gamay akong knowledge.

Gusto unta ko makat.on regarding sa ko trabaho. from scratch para masabtan jud nako ang mga concepts. Naa bay organization or certain company na akong ma doolan? please help .....

in fairness bai bisaya jud kau.....adto ni Noy Kulas....joke lang....
naa mga company nga nag offer ug IT services diin from scratch jud...so makat on jud ka kung giunsa pagbuild ang structure
pero mostly ani nga company lower wages compare sa ilang client...
I strongly suggested nga pra jud pakuha ni tanan, you should have your own lab...

You can learn everything from the web naman. Problem lang is ang certification or license. didto ra na makuha sa training centers or schools who will charge you thousands of pesos to attend super boring classes.

bitaw TS i took my server 2012 diri sa ila nindot kay start from the scratch gyud ang amo training even sa pag install then ni gamit pa gyud mi ug virtualization in fact didto ko nakat-on though wala na unta sa amo course outline but ing ana diay ila lab setup.

hello,mo comment lang ko ani nga thread about shifting to other courses. Yes its true nurse-IT or IT-nurse or any other courses pwede man ta mu shift. But for me being an IT is we need enough time para mahimo ta nga EXPERT.

Yes there are materials & equipments that would help us but to become an EXPERT we need to consider the following:

---certification is not enough to become an EXPERT
---equipments & materials is not also enough to become an EXPERT
---enough experience/hands-on in the IT industry is a MUST
---working for many years in different corporate/company's is one way also
---skills/knowledge for specific job
---exposure is a plus

Same with NURSING profession, being a REGISTERED NURSE is not enough to be a good/expert nurse.
You need to be a hands-on nurse. To do a practical medical works. And works with different hospital for exposure.
