    Default Mouse and keyboard problem


    knsay nakusuway nga madisable ang mouse and keyboard after booting.but mo function cya sa kung sa musod ko sa bios..advance tanx sa info nu mashare

    Try daw padagan og windows installer kung mo gana ba ang mouse og keyboard. If mo gana, try lng repair ang OS.

    Basin driver problem, suwayan nimo ug unplug nya plug napud balik?

    Have you tried using another keyboard and/or mouse? USB if you're using a PS/2 peripheral, vice versa.

    I've had this problem before.. nag.utinkay ka sa imong BIOS? kay sa aq before, naa q setting nga ghilabtan nga m.turn off sa akong USB during boot.. so dli q mkasulod sa aq bios via F2 or delete kay USB man aang aq keyboard ug mouse.. try daw ug reset sa imong BIOS.. kay usually that will fix most hardware problem. else driver problem gyud nah cya

    tanx sa taanan nhatag info.ang nahitabo jud ani..nag change ko ug new gpu,ako gi taod ang new gpu the i deleted the previous card driver.after bootup ma disable dayon ang mouse ug keyboard,but if musod ko sa bios ok ra ag keyboard ug mouse.usb diay akong mouse and keboard boss..nakatestig pudko ug plug/unplug and tried also different usb slot.

    So using another keyboard or mouse won't work either?

    Can you do a system restore?

    murag dli ko ka restore boss kay disable naman ang mouse ug keboard after boot na sya

    Sorry I need to clarify these:
    • Are you using PS/2 or USB? Have you tried using the other (PS/2 >> USB, vice versa)?
    • Have you tried using your keyboard and mouse on another computer? Does it work?
    • You said you can access BIOS. Connect your keyboard and go to BIOS. Does it indicate a keyboard is connected?
    • Can you go to safe mode? You can try reverting drivers from there.
    • How's your hard disk? Healthy I hope.


    If none of these work, I hope you were able to create recovery discs. We can use it to do a system restore.
