Good day to all pc hardware geekz.. just a noob inquiry

i currently have to pcs right now (laptop and desktop) problem is i don't have much space for two rigs and for electricity contraints, i will only use the same kb, mouse and monitor for the two.. mostly mag laptop lang ko when i do surfing or light gaming then sa desktop rig na nako if medyo heavy games na..

is there some sort of a switch (like those for printers if i remember it last time) that i can use? or naa other means na pwede dili nako mo buy ug add on devices. hasol man gud mag ibot2x sa mga output/input devices then kuyawan pud ko if kadugayan madaot na nuon ports sa akong pc ug laptop.

thanks @thads_vii and @garboso.. naa ba kahay ingon ana but instead of PS2 and VGA kay USB and DVI/HDMI? usb naman gud akong KB and Mouse while akong display kay naka dvi/hdmi?

na ay usb to ps2 adapter ang cdr king. boss search lang sa cdr king kay naay daghan mga cheap accessories sila baligya.

naa to software gamit ako opismate to merge laptop and PC desktop and he can work on both computers without KBM Switch

nangita pud ko'g way na di na kinahanglan KVM or hdmi switch. bisan dili lang simultaneous mag on and duha ka pc but at least no need na magbalhin balhin ug paslak sa mga usb input/output devices hehe. mag atang pud ko sa mga tambag sa mga banggiitan dire

thanks @butitoy unfortunately I might need to get a KVM gyd siguro since I also want to share my 24 led monitor sa akong laptop.

but just wondering, since mostly sa akong nakit-na KVM (at least for display) kay VGA paman ang connectivity, will it affect the quality na nya sa display? if i'm not mistaken unlike DVI or HDMI analog paman nang VGA di ba? or pwede ra solutionan by putting a VGA to HDMI/DVI converter sa port anang KVM where e connect and monitor?
