we are looking for a person who can work as a Customer Service Rep for an online grocery shopping company based in the US.
Quallifications:
- must have an oDesk account (this is where you get paid)
- must have a Skype account
- must have a stable internet connection of 1 mbps + (no WIFI or wireless connections please)
- must have noise cancelling feature headphones
- must have Customer Service skills
- able to handle chats and calls
- with call center experience
- able to do back office work (data entry)
- work schedule since its DST in the US starts at 5AM-11AM (no dayoffs but can negotiate as tenure grows)
- MUST WORK FULL TIME FOR THIS POSITION (no part timers)
I will be straight so as not to receive PMs about salary inquiries. Pay is in hourly rate of $1.40 so just do the math. Pay will also increase as tenure grows. Pay is weekly through oDesk.
The work load is light and the account is very relaxed. If you are looking for a higher pay then this is not for you. If you want to earn working at home, less the hassles of riding a jeep/taxi/car or spending food for snacks and meals then this one is for you.
