Mga Experts I badly need your help! Naa koy problem ang akong WD Mypassport 1TB (Western Digital) Portable HD Dili ma view sa My Computer...

Sa akong pag troubleshoot...

1. Ma detect ra cya sa computer nga naa USB, peru inig tan.aw nako sa My Computer di mo appear, wala jud ang Drive na WD Mypassport 1TB.

2. Sa Device Manager (Device Management), Under sa Disk Drive, ma detect ra WD Mypassport 1TB.
ako gi Update ang driver ma install ra cya sa system, but again di jud ma view sa My Computer...

4. Ive check the USB Cable, i've tested to the other WD Mypassport 1TB, ok cya mogana ra usb cable..

if kahibaw ka mugamit ug DOS commandline much better.


use the diskpart utility to list disk and volumes in wind0ws.

Try to check Hard Disk Sentinel to see the health of your portable drive. Para mahibaw-an na okay imo drive.

EIther your partition is corrupted. You need to create another one or try other software to repair your lost partition.

Boss Ako na gi try sa DOS peru walay Drive ma detect...Ive drive in different OS Windows & Linux(Mac & Ubuntu) nothing happend di japun ma VIEW.

Boss Ive tried sa Hard Disk Sentinel, ma detect cya peru iyang Health ug Temp. kay ?(question mark), ive performed the random seek test...but not responding mo hang lang HARD DISK SENTINEL.

Boss na try na nq Linux na OS di jud cya ma detect, maypa ang windows kay madect pa...
mi HANG rajud ug kalet samtang nagsave ko ug files...ako gihulbot, paghuman balik nako taud di na cya ma detect...
