Local Java Certification Testing Centers

Good day,

I've been scouring the web for information on Java testing and training centers, I've been to CIE (Centre for International Education) and MISNET Education (unfortunately they have closed their Cebu branch) which were suggested by my friends and professors... and I'm running out of ideas so I opted to post here in hopes that you might know something to help a fellow programmer.

Are there still any active testing centers here in Cebu? Also I would prefer if they would offer preparatory classes as I'm more of a social scholar (I learn more when I'm discussing with fellow learners)

Any information to nudge me in the right direction would help. Thank you very much
