If I would to choose between Fury R and XRM Motard, I would select the latter. I have already tried these motorcycles before. The XRM feels very nimble to maneuver on off road conditions probably because of its torque'y engine tune-up. Although the Fury has a lot more room for ground clearance, the XRM would still be able to absorb the bumpy effect caused by a rough ground. When it comes to speed, these two are almost the same.

These were just based on my experiences. In the end, you would still be the one to decide but whichever you would choose, just follow the preventive maintenance schedule to keep your ride in good condition at all times.

*will the room for ground clearance also makes the Fury R off road capable or not?

    * Is the Motard variant also compatible to off road conditions?

Motards are supposedly designed to go on and off road(not too extreme) but the capabilities to handle different road conditions
varies on the manufacturers specifications. The much higher ground clearance for Fury makes it more capable to absorb bumps
in an off road condition but there's something with the Furys' handling that I don't like..hehe
