    Default Suggestions for carenderia business (customers perspective)


    So were planing to put up a carenderia , so i would just need some suggestion
    or perspective as customers point of view .
    We use usually eat / buy on a carenderia every now and then ,.

    So as per experience that you what were the needs improvement of the carenderia that u;ve been.?
    What are some of the things that u liked or compliment on some good experience u had.

    what are some of ur expectation of a food haus.?
    what more u can suggest to see if u go inside a carenderia to eat. ?
    where is ur favorite carenderia or eatery ? and why?

    menu planning is very important, its not necessary nga daghan kaayo imo baligya unya dili ra mahurot. make a list of menu for the day kung unsa imo lutoon, make it sure lahi2x everyday pero imo e routine, like every monday, mao ni imo sud an, every tuesday lahi sad imo sud an. or e weekly bah, like first week of the month same imo sud an then 2nd week change menu nasad ka, kay puol sad if everyday balikbalik imo sud an. for example. soup (monggos) pork (humba) chix (buttered chix) fish (sweet & sour) utan (utan bisaya).

    kung carenderia lang, importante nga limpyo ang sawg. dli ho-ot. nya turn off gyud ng ang sabaw manimahong sabon.

    perfect examle ana kai kanang carrenderia atbang sa JY. kanang ang tagiya duha ka babaye nga pareha ug nawng. Alimoot kaayo ang sulod, hugaw ang sawg nya ang sabaw nanimahong sabon. lami raba unta ila adobo.

    Dapat daghan mo og free nga SABAW. I repeat, SABAW. Pwede sabaw sa inun-unan / tinuwa / humba / monggos ETC.

    One of the best carenderya na ako pirme adtuan isa kanang sa mabolo.

    you should check it out para naa ka idea hehehe

    its just across the nice day carwash near persimon.
    (from mabolo church going to carreta, tanaw lang sa right. its on the 2nd street I think after sn pedro, naa siya sa corner daplin rajud sa dalan)

    mas ma klaro na sila kung gabie kay naay aso sa barbecue nila, then basta nice tanawn ang place, murag restaurant hahaha.

    What like about this place is:

    > tables and chairs and the place itself

    > location (maka free park rasad kos persimon hahaha safe pa ang car)

    > they sometimes give free sabaw, depends

    > ilang service kay okay ra. mostly tagaan kag sawsawan or rice few minutes after ka ni lingkod, then pangutan-on ka sa imong drinks, and if ni hawa na ang nahuman na ug kaon kay limpyohan dayon ang table. (pero dugay sad, if busy ang mga staff)

    > ilang method is by number (for serving and for payment) usahay sila na mag serve sa imong gi pili or ikaw mag dala sa food then after nimo eat kay ehatag ra nimo ang number or imo ingnon ang cashier unsa imo number.

    > I think its supposed to be pay as you order, pero unya raman ko mu pay after kaon hehehe. okay raman sad nila

    > they have a decent CR and wash area


    one thing lang ako ka gul-an ngadto is usahay wala or bati ilang sili... its just a small thing I know pero ganahan man kaayo kog halang gud hahaha. lami kaayo sawsawan na halang plus barbecue plus coke... aahhhhh!


    by the way, in my opinion, dili man kaayo ko mu mind sa itsura sa carenderya
    ang importante raman is ang taste sa food/menu, ang price, ang sanitation, and also strategic location!
    the rest is just a bonus hahaha.

    then for me, I think if nindot ra ang itsura sa carenderya kay basin mag tuo ang mga tao na mahal,
    and if simple lang ang itsura sa lugar then comfortable rasad ang mga tao kay kibaw sila barato rasad ang food hahaha.

    lastly, if mag open na imo carenderya. pakan-a sad mi mga istoryans ha? hahaha

    Free Sabaw og Free Tubig, nya ventilated area..

    naay mga dagkong kahoy para maka pahuway igka human sa kaon(Tambay2x og inom2x coke)

    nindot pud nga naay mga snack2x lang.. nya naay TV nga salida kay NBA, boxing or Tennis kanang maka wa sa borring lang.

    naa say Pochera este Pochero og mga Sabaw nga para di matukan.

    og kanang Tindera nga smiling sad

    nakasuway man gyud kog carenderia.. il give you point of view as an owner and a customer's perspective kay tigkan-anan man ghapon kog carenderia hangtud karon..

    as owner:
    - dapat limpyo ang lugar way langaw, nya turn off kaayo kung imong hugasan gatipon-ug nya makit-an sa customer
    - libre sabaw, tubig bugnaw, ginamos/suka/sili kana makapadugok gyud na labi nag mga estudyante or ma trabahante
    - make sure naa kay pambato nga putahi bahalag usa or duha ra dapat pirmi na kada adlaw kay mao nay balik balikan
    - bonus kaayo kung gwapa imong tigbantay kay daghan pod modugok ana

    as customer
    - of course lamian ug barato nga sud-an
    - limpyo ang surroundings nya dapat init pirmi kanang makapaso ang butanganan sa kutsara ug tinidor
    - kung naa man gani bbq dapat di musolud ang aso sa kan-anan kay manimaho ta

    as customer i want a value for money
    pnka gnhan nko sa crenderia kay moggos na gitnuan og halang2x na manok
    dili ko gnahan anang mga hotdog na luto daan e display.
    unya larang na aslom unya cge lang init ang sabaw dapat

    Dapat naay Utan TS, like Paliya, utan bisaya, pakbet sa mga vegie lovers. Mga ginamay nga pork, humba, Fried Chicken, linat.ang baka ug baboy, tinolang manok ug isda, ug pritong isda. Mao na usually nako makita TS sa carenderia. Kana ang kutsara ug tinidor dapat gipa humol ug binukal na tubig or kanang murag naa heater nga butanganan sa kutsara. Kay mao nay isa sa tima ilhan nga safe ang gamiton..
