    here's my pick

    Processor: Intel i5-4440 - 8,580
    Motherboard: msi b85m-p33 - 3,450
    RAM: Kingston ram 4gb ddr3 - 1,980
    Video Card: Sapphire R7-250 - 4,300
    HDD: Seagate 500gb - 2,390
Power Supply: Silverstone 500 watts ST-50f-ES no modular - 2,790
    Case: Silverstone PS08 - 1,800

    Total: 25,290

Prices mentioned are the prices in my store

    Explanation:

why i5? - Quad Cores is always better than dual cores, its like saying 2 is better than 1
why b85 chipset? - to have usb 3.0 support on your system
why sapphire r7-250 1gb 128bit gddr5 - simple, bang for buck entry level gaming graphics card,
why silverstone 500 watts? - 3 years warranty, very reliable power supply, preparing your system for future upgrades specially if you will upgrade to a graphics card that needs 6pin pcie

    I second this!

For the same price. With a little touch.

    Processor: Intel i5-4440 - 8,580
Motherboard: H81 boards also have USB 3.0. Mostly are priced 3k only @ most stores.
    RAM: Kingston ram 4gb ddr3 - 1,980
    Video Card: HD 7770 - 4.8k @ PCquickbuys
    HDD: Seagate 500gb - 2,390
Power Supply: Silverstone 500 watts ST-50f-ES no modular - 2,790
    Case: Silverstone PS08 - 1,800

    Total = 25,340

The 7770 is the best bang for buck entry level gaming card even today.
