Opportunity to work for a dynamic 70 staff business in IT Park. USA/UK owned.
As Finance & HR Manager, you will undertake the day-to-day management of company’s financial accounting and payroll processes as well as lead the HR practices and objectives within the company; be responsible for assisting the directors and aiming to make this businesses one of the best places to work with and for in the industry.
Finance Responsibilities
• Management of all Bank accounts
• Cash flow planning and monthly Bank Reconciliations
• Management of all income and expenditure processes including invoicing, credit control, incoming payments, outgoing payments involving online payments, Purchase Orders and expenses in compliance with Philippines law.
• Management accounts vs. budget
• Work on forecasts with directors for next financial year
• Payroll and Payroll deductions.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages to all company employees and contractors ensuring accurate costing to projects.
• Keeping abreast of all developments and legislation surrounding payroll, pensions and benefits. Ensuring all legislation is implemented and adhered to by Campaign
• Undertaking year-end procedures
• Responsible for resolving all pay queries, correction of errors, costing adjustments etc.
• Responsible for ensuring all statutory and voluntary payroll deductions are paid to appropriate bodies in a timely manner.
• Monthly financial reporting
• Management of Company Insurance Requirements, ‘office hardware’ contracts and building maintenance contracts, ensuring to competitiveness of price for insurance, photocopier and printing contracts etc.
HR Responsibilities
• Responsible for originating and leading Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
• Responsible for key employee retention, development and high performance• Recruiting and staffing as deemed necessary by the directors and as considered able financially
• Performance management and improvement systems
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
• Policy development and documentation
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
About you
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant job role.
• A degree in accountancy, economics, mathematics, management or a business related subject.
• Relevant financial and HR experience with an established business.
• Significant experience of using commonly used financial accounting packages; strong IT skills including MS Excel and Word, Quickbooks, SAGE or Paxton accounting package.
• Significant experience of Payroll, monthly and year-end legal requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of reporting to and working with Senior Management and in the area of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Significant experience of developing and implementing company financial policies
• Experience of HR administration ideally in a management role. Familiarity with HR processes and policies.
Package
Salary 30k-40k (Dependent on experience) + health benefits + annual salary increase.
Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
