HELP!!On how to process Business permit and withholding tax

Guys i badly need ur help..We are currently renting a place which is located along the street.And since it is a business location we are required to process and get business permit and with holding tax..But sadly i really dont have any idea on how to and where to start ..

Questions:
1.What are the requirements on getting business permit and with holding tax?
2.Where do i start?
3. How much could it possibly cost me on getting a business permit for a carenderia ?

Withholding Tax imo na i remit sa BIR monthly. Mao na ang taxes nga imo gi deduct sa sweldo sa imo empleyado, kana kung naa ka employees TS? Unya naman na withholding tax kung na set up na jod imo business, I mean na operate na unya naka sweldo naka sa mga employees...

one stop shop naa na tanan sa DTI for business permit..and for your certificate of registration sa imong taxes sa BIR...withholding tax and all kind of taxes na e impose unya sa imo nilla ma explain na nila kay mu attend ka ug seminar nila before e release nila ang imong BIR Certficate of Registration sa imo Business...good luck TS..
