what is the best and cheapest way to travel from cebu to 2 destinations [baguio & vigan (ilocos tour)] and back? what destination should i take first? planning to have that tour in one week on April. suggestions for affordable transient home would be highly appreciated too...thank you in advance...

sa baguio, daghan mga transient home,ikaw nlay haggle.hehe..nya ang best way to travel kay mka timing kag promo fare,kay kung nana ka didto ped rka mag DIY.hehehe
