is a known friend to her officemate kaya nagtiwala sya. Kinsa bay mo risk
sa wala kaila, ang iya officemate ni confirm na tarong na tao and kaila jud sya sa tag iya.
magkita na unta sila sa tag-iya pero daghan excuses mao wala jd sila mgkakitaay and pwede ra ma trace kung kinsa sya thru sa officemate sa ako ate.
So naa ray tao na mahimong witness sa identity sa Tag-iya.

Please lang pud respect sa ako Ate, she's a victim pud. She is a very trusting person,
she didn't expect that it will happen kay iya mismo kauban sa work ni sulti. She is even
a treasurer sa amo church kay ana sya mapagkatiwalaan.

Yes, wla ko nag ingon nga if ang DP is via mlhuilher = bogus.. [possible pa lang]

I understand nga bag-o pa lang ang biznes dri sa cebu but the management should also consider how to make the customer feel safe with their downpayments. They should have at least 1 point of contact for payment transaction in cebu. That person will be the one to send the money to main office in CDO.

That way, potential customer feels safe in transacting payments because they do it in office and with complete papers as proof of payment.

Just my opinion.

1. Both parties are present or if the seller cannot present him/herself pwede ra joint affidavit that this (another) person will represent on the seller's behalf to received and transact with the buyer. vice versa

2. downpayment thru M.Lhuillier is safe but sending money without any Docs signed is a "possible" bogus transaction because as buyer what is his/her hold of hisher payment? M Lhullier will not present any acknowledgement receipt on behalf of the seller.

Bottom line naa jud dapat mo represent sa company to transact business and from there seller and buyer will signed both the docs required.
