    Default Building a house inquiry


    Needed bajd magsubmit sa OBO kung magbuild kag house sa mga subdivisions? Plano unta nako ako2 ra ang mohimo sa plano og structural then ako rapud mopatokod og hinay2. OK raba ni cya? Or needed jd magpa pirma sa architectural/structural/plumbing/electrical plans? Kanang INATO style lng unta ako gusto ba para dli kaau dako ang gastos and I'm confident man pud nga lig.on akong himoon nga balay. And another question, knsay naay idea sa magasto per sq.meter para makatukod og pare parehas na anang mga townhouse sa camilla and the like? Salamat sa mga mangreply

    murag need yata jud kung subdivision... specially kung sulod sa isa ka city...

    Sa amo man gani kaniadto mga mid 90's obligado jud ta, rural area man gani amo unsa pa inyo na suburbs subdivision baya

    If your building a house you need:
    1. Architect
    2. Electrical Engineer
    3. Plumbing Design
    4. Structural Engineer
    5. Civil Engineer

    all needs to sign off on the plans. On average a package designer will charge you around 3-8% of the estimated build cost. If your building on flat Land costs can be the following:

    1. Structural ONLY (Bare-Like DECA Homes) est 7-9k sqm (interior)
    2. Finished (Cabinets/Tiles/Kitchen/Partitions) est 12-16k sqm

    If your building on a hill/mountain or slope costs can go up a LOT... plus 3-5k per sqm. If inside a subdivision, where rules are strict it can also go up again... you have to pay the deposit and work on limited hours.

    In the building of a home REMEMBER this. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

    Pay cheap get cheap. Pay much get much nicer. Bets to hit the right mix of Cheap and Much to get JUST RIGHT! Don't go CHEAP on your structure. Your going to live in it remember??!@

    mangita lang dayon ug purman na panday, kay kasagaran gud ang purman raman sad makita nato pirmi inig buhat ug balay.hehe

    kung gusto kag inato. you try to find experienced carpenter sa inyung dapit. they know better than our young engineers. they can give you close estimates. get quotations from several carpenters. then pwede na nimu i assess based sa na gather nimo na qoutations. you wont be paying them any amount kung dili nimo sila i hire.

    tip lang sad: kuhaa ang pakyaw na amount. basta imonitor lang ila work every single day. ayaw nang inadlaw na job kay mahurot imong kwarta sa patay oras.

    based na sa experience namu patukod sa amu balay. inato style. no building permit hihii

    pwede ra ka mo tukod boss, pero og masakpan na sa obo kadawat jd hinoon og TRO naa pa jd fines, samot ng subdivision dali ra na duawon kng walay building permit naka paskil,. d sad ka makonekan og kurente kung way plano signed by electrical engr. same sa plumbing pd signed and sealed by master plumber,. pede man ka maka tukod og balay without drawings para sa OBO legally, kana kung ang structure dle mo ubos sa 15,000 pesos ata,. naa na sa code.. pag 1 storey lang aron ewas perma sa structural engr..
