according sa imong video, ang resolution1024x768 ra unya ang render quality nasa 40%...
honestly, ang a4-5300 is not playable for dota 2 even at 1280x720 resolution...
depende ra sa player pero turning down the render quality and textures will look dota 2 like a 10-year old game

Nsa iyo na ang lahat, we are talking of a budget, and we do what we can to make out of it, budget is a budget gaming rig, compared to a non budget gaming rig, makita jud nimu ang difference, and of course if he can spend more naa pay daghan sunod sa a4-5300, he can jump to a6 or even a10, what was offered was at its lowest price na playable, gusto pud ka mag video 10 mins for demo? just kidding on the other hand what you said is true. But take note budget ang gihisgutan dili ang gaming, there fore within that budget makaya ra sa a4-5300 but not that decent compared to a bit expensive one
