    Default Eat Right... How??


    mga bossing og mga mam... ang exercise walay problema diba? pwede ra sa balay pwede mag gym.. pero pinaka importante man gud ang kinaon., mao na akong pangutana... if exercise ka nahan ka lean muscle lang gamay fat kay lisod mana wagtangon jud.. unsa may angay kaonon nato? sa breakfast... lunch... dinner og snacks... unsa jud sakto para makuha nimo firm body with healthy heart...

    less fats and fried foods, avoid junkfookds and softdrinks. eat veggies, fish and chix without skin
