    Default slim down or keep weight on?


    im 4'9" and currently weigh near 105#. when i was weighing 85-90#, i could only wear kids clothes since nothing fit me at least even with the teens clothes. now at my current weight, i could wear more women's clothing, but of course, i have the belly to deal with.

    should i slim down to lose belly fat but going back to wearing kids clothes, or keep weight on to be able to wear women's clothing? or is there a way to keep the balance?
