PC won't turn off

Mga Sir,

i have this problem, even though ako na g shut down akong pc (using win7).. dli man mu power down ang PC mismo.. ang mga fans, mobo, etc.. kay nag andar pa man. i can't seem to know where is the problem.. murag dli man sad guro ang cable kay mga 1 mos raman nako g ilisan ang power cable 24pin og duha ka 6pin para sa akong mobo and vid card... nag start ni nga problem when i plugged a usb on my system.. and my AV detected a threat.. wla lng nako g pa fix sa AV.. naa ra unta koy i-butang nga file did2 sa usb.. so what i did was right click on the file.. den "Send To" Removable Drive <drive letter>... after pila ka hours kay mu kalit na lng og restart akong PC.. that was when i was playing some game.. i tot it was a power outtage.. dli man pud guro low ang power kay wla man ni saba akong avr(servo type).. so ako lng g palabay.. after ana ni occur napud... den i checked all my hardwares and the system itself.. it seems working fine.. until when i try shuttiing my system.. then diha ni gawas ang problem nga dli man mu power down akong pc even though g shutdown na.. btw i've checked my jumpers and they're on the right place


Mga sirs naa moy idea ani? currently scanning my whole system for some malware, virus and stuff... my last resort was to reformat my whole system.. (hopefully not) .. anyways naa moy idea unsay problem ani... i've tried searching sa net.. but it says about sa IEEE 1394 bus controller on my device manager which is not present on my system... some also says about the hardware itself; cable, psu and stuff.. but its all good on that department..

Any inputs mga sirs? thanks

mo andar man sad imung system boss,
so i doubt di nis mobo
before same problem nako, no display man to pero mo andar ang cpu, inig off di na ma off pero naa man kaha ni display imuha

go sa imung last resort nlng jud, reformat, back up lang na imung files daan

naa sa OS ang imong issue boss... probably virus jud na. try finding a good antivirus then restart your pc in safe mode then scan. after remove if ma kaya or if dili search a removal tool or do the manual steps to remove it.

ok rana dili ka mag format boss oi. bisan mag manual pa ka og remove kay dili ika baylo sa mag format then tagsa2 og install sa manga drivers and softwares after format.

@jesse5648.. yep normal jud siya mu startup, mo-on and stuff.. ig off lng jud kay dli mu power down akong pc... den ig off nako kay wla nay display ang monitor kay wa nay signal from cpu.. kay g shutdown naman.. pero ig-on kay mu on ra pud siya normally
@john_yo... yep currently scanning pa boss og naa juy nakitan duha ka buok ron.. wlapa siya a human.. tapoloan ra ba kaayo ko boss.. maybe ill go with reformating na lng ahahha

sunod boss ayaw jud anang send to boss kay infected jud gihapon ka ana. better jud ig pansak right click dretso sa drive then scan for threats jud na, dont even think of left clicking it kay bisan unsa pa ka updated or ka nindot sa imo AV kay infected jud ka cgurado.

or if you wanna skip scanning kay dont open drive after inserting the USB....
go directly to command prompt
adto pag copy sa DOS mode, kana dili jud ka sulod virus sa imo PC, though i still recommend scan your flash drive for threats.

ohhh well charge to experience na lng jud boss.. but dli jud nako ma relate nganu dli ma off ang hardware bisag na shutdown na nako... can't relate it to software side... sakto ba nga naa pay nag dagan nga process??

sir unsa na case nmo? generic? naa mai possibilities na grounded na. basin nag huwat lng to ug trigger pra mo ground imo pc, naa mai possibilities na ang usb mo cause pud ug ground labi na imo cpu case kay walay ground, bsan ma branded case(dili au grounded pru naa ghapon) or generic case. if hasolan ka mag reformat try to get all the component naa sa imo case dyon paandara without the cpu case try it if mo power off n power on bah. mao jud ni frst buhaton sir if naa ka problem bout power on n power off labi na if ang fan ra nmo ang nag andar.

tried reformatting but still the problem exist..
@zhieg.. actually ang nag andar kay ang psu, vc, fans sa case and ang mobo and proc fan.. i can hear my hdd powering down.. but other parts are still on.... will try to power on without using the front panel of my casing.. btw my casing is Antec 320


Updates..

- ako na g tang2 ang connection from the front panel of my case.. den g short ra nako para mu on... dli man japon mu power down ang mga hardware though g shut down na nako ang win7.. nag andar japon ang akong pc... will it make a difference when i remove all the parts from the casing?

- also tried switching psu.. but still a no go.

mga bossing... ako na man g tang2 sa casing nako ang mobo og uban parts.. den tried running them without the casing.. dli man japon ma off ang mobo.. padayon japon siyang g andar bsag g shutdown nanako sa windows?... dli kaha sa mobo problem ni? dli man pud sa psu kay ako g suwayan sa pikas psu.. same results man japon

windows problem na brad...try reinstall windows na lang...kanang activated and must be updated..
