Default Caps and sunglasses banned in malls

Police in the Philippine capital have banned the wearing of caps and sunglasses in shopping malls to stop criminals concealing their identity from security cameras.
The ban was imposed after a gang of hammer-wielding robbers looted a jewellery store at a popular suburban Manila shopping mall on December 15. The suspects are believed to have used baseball caps to hide their identities.

Just ban shoppers and be done with it. We know apprehending criminals is too much too ask and fully expect more nonsense to follow.

My reaction to this news this is unconstitutional, we have the right what to wear, it is our freedom of expression.

If this is the case our Bill of Right is useless. Remember:

    Bill of Rights

    Section 1 Equal rights

section 2 this can only be impose if there is a warrant from the court.

    section 4 right of expression

Section 5. No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. The free exercise and enjoyment of religious profession and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall forever be allowed. No religious test shall be required for the exercise of civil or political rights.

related to section 5 meaning ang mga madre di na pwdi mag malling kay naa may habit sila or ang mga indians nga nay turbans or the Muslims nga nay hijab. how about those people who suffered from cancer and wearing hat to cover there boldness. or those people who are blind that is why they wear shades.

This mall owners should upgrade their facilities not sacrificing the rights of the consumers.

ban all firearms, knives and all types of weapons including those used by the PNP, AFP and other armed agencies of the government so there would be nothing for criminals to use. ban all filipinos because the criminals, are in the first place, filipinos themselves.

You see, we should not be mistaken with the difference between EDUCATION and PRACTICAL INTELLECT. Some people in the government are just EDUCATED, citing degrees in politics from prestigious institutions here and abroad but cannot put PRACTICAL INTELLECT into action.
