    That would be nice,
    but if he will become president of the Philippines,
    then it will involve not tens nor hundreds, but thousands to discipline,
    and the characters and disposition of the person that will be involved are not mundane in nature,BUT
    strongmen, influential, and wealthy individuals. I think Mayor Duterte is quite specific and accurate in what he stressed out.
