Heat is very typical of those fermi revision chips. Ana pud to ako 560ti sa una. Samot na ng 560 kay of the whole vc, ang cuda core ang slight bottleneck over the memory and shader, causing it to be at 100% most of the time. Its ironic na 336 cuda cores ra na but it consumes more power than the 384 core 560ti.

What you can do is clean the heatsink, brush off the oxidized material in the aluminum fins, replace the thermal paste, download afterburner then create a custom fan profile pareha ani:

Also ensure that you have a cool case and make sure the card is not breathing hot air from any of the other components like the cpu.
Also make sure it is getting the right amount of voltage. Moinit gyud na ug ubos imo 12v.

You have to know that video cards are not plug and play parts unlike processors. They are demanding, needs to be well-fed and well taken care of for them to last.

Good luck with your new toy.

By the way, it only overheat when running application that consumes high graphics or when GPU cooling system is poor anyways i can still play DOTA-The Frozen throne So I think the problem is just the cooling system since my chasis is just an ordinary casing w/ no much of cooling fans. Thanks guys for all of your opinions & ideas regarding my GPU prob I will try all of your advices

One thing guys. What brand of thermal paste is very good for video card? Where can I buy it? Also I would like to upgrade the 560 GPU heatsink if there's any & where can I buy it?

^ temp performance will be improved if you'll use a chassis w/ a side air intake... very useful for the GPU... then make sure that the chassis have an exhaust at the top... for better airflow since hot air goes up...

Naay daghan bro. Mahal2x lang ang uban. Cheap ones are Gelid GC2, Deepcool, Thermalright Chillfactor etc. Ayaw lang ng cdr-king.

Unsay brand sa gpu btw? Sa akoang kaila, iyahang EVGA GTX 560 hovers around 93c on Crysis 3. We replaced the TIM a few times even cranked up the fan speed. Mao ra ghapon.
