Hallo Istoryans,

Pagbuto atong "pork scam" nawala atong salig sa gobyerno. Then there is the People's Initiative. Because of that I was inspired to create a website for netizens like us. More like testing grounds. You will know what I mean by testing grounds if inyong i access ang site. I already made some changes sa site but the problem is its a bit hard work lol.

So kinsa tong interested mo continue sa vision sa site then, be my guest . I want this website a free-for-all for critical thinkers.

My vision jud ani nga website is: Be a better citizen for our country. Pakabana ug sa bisaya pa.

Dako pa kaayo nag trabahoon lol. Taod2x na nako na wala ma access kay naa man tay mga priorities lain. Pero hinay lang hehe. Ako plano is i- segregate jud by regions>district>town aron klaro. Mao ug kinsa tong mga maayong laki aning website then ug naa moy mga suggestions mas maayo.

Mao ni ang purpose:

This website is for all Filipino citizens who wants to take part in proposing/amending a bill, recommending infrastructure projects, amending existing laws, and abolishing obsolete laws that hinders progress. Be active and share your thoughts on what could be done to help our country Philippines. With the advent of technology, disseminating information has never been so easy. Be a catalyst for change.

We cannot just let one Congressman decide the fate of our hometown. With the rampant corruption enveloping our country, no one is more credible enough to decide what’s good for our hometown than us. A Congressman is a person representing a district(group of towns) but I don’t agree that they can just propose a bill without consulting the real beneficiaries which is us.

Sino-sino ba ang nakakaalam kung ano-ano ang mga problema ng isang barangay? Sino-sino ba ang naapektuhan? Hindi ba tayo rin ang mamamayan? We are more knowledgeable than these Congressmen in relation to the problems we face in our respective towns. We feel these problems everyday so this website is dedicated to the people who wants REAL SOLUTIONS to their problems. Either we propose/amend a bill, propose a project, or share any ideas that can result to a solution.

This website is more like a reference for any Congressman para naman meron silang magandang magawa sa buhay nila. Nakikita ko parang IDLE lang ang mga ito o kaya NO IDEAS o kaya LAZY lang talaga at naghihintay ng suweldo or kickbacks.



People’s Initiative

1987 Constitution and Republic Act 6735 (R.A.) empower Filipinos to directly propose laws and even repeal existing legislations. R.A. 6735 states that a people’s initiative can be undertaken by gathering the signatures of at least 10 percent of all Filipino voters. At least 3 percent of voters in each legislative district must have also signed the petition.

With People’s Initiative we can control where we want our country be. Although gathering 10% Filipino voters’ signature is a little bit hard for now but we have to start somewhere anyway. Politics isn’t fun for everyone but seeing how our corrupt politicians makes a fool out of us then I decided to make this website. I want to arm my fellow Filipinos with knowledge so we can give these thieves a good fight. Let them know that we are the True Boss and we deserved to be treated like a boss.

Make a change. Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.

Sa pagkakaron akong ma think sa process flow kay(assuming the site is up and running):

1. Naay mo register na user.
2. Pwede na siya for example mo propose a bill. He can download the template then fill it up with details.
3. Iyang upload back iyang proposed bill.
4. The admin will check it. The admin will decide wether iyang i post sa website ang bill. He will then inform the user.
5. Once the bill is made public sa website, it is open for scrutinising, debates by other users. Same sa nahitabo diha sa Congress.
6. Then vote dayon ug ipadayon ba ang bill or i junk Although wala jud ni apekto sa atong nasod pero wala ta kibaw basin mabasa ni sa mga congressman ang mga approved bills sa site unya iya ning i brought up jud sa real Congress Until a time nga mahimo nani siya ug reference sa mga current lawmakers kay diri nila makita ang side B sa story nga ilang na miss out.

Ug bahin sad anang kinsa angay mo admin sa website, IDK ug naa bay bias since wala man tay makuha ani nga maka corrupt nato. Sharing of ideas raman ni. Ug kinsa tong user nga active unya willing ma admin aw tagaan.

As much as I don't want to spoil your idea but being the website owner also speaks your stand. Most of your posts here are defensive in nature. Simply you try to avoid criticisms yet you always think yourself for being neutral. With this, I think, biases may came in. What we do in this forum is also sharing of ideas yet bounded by rules and being led by neutral people which makes this forum a great venue for healthy debates and constructive thoughts. IMO, this site is better.

Btw, your idea is already coming to birth and waiting to materialize. An idea from one of our Senator. If your site can compete to this, let us know how and why. Else, just give your support to this promising project.

As much as I don't want to spoil your idea but being the website owner also speaks your stand. Most of your posts here are defensive in nature. Simply you try to avoid criticisms yet you always think yourself for being neutral. With this, I think, biases may came in. What we do in this forum is also sharing of ideas yet bounded by rules and being led by neutral people which makes this forum a great venue for healthy debates and constructive thoughts. IMO, this site is better.

Wow salamat sa link brader. And I didn't compare this site and my site. This is a forum where everybody can talk about just anything. What I intend to do with the website I planned is exactly what Guingona project is all about.

I didn't hear of this Guingona project before so I think there is no use to continue my plan and just support this Guingona project instead if enacted.

And Yes, I think a national ID system is a must before this Crowdsourcing Bill is enacted.

Wala pa kaayo ko kibalo sa details ani nga bill pero if a bill comes from within the Congress then mura ra siya ug 1-way. Para nako better 2-way , pasabot ang mga citizens pwede mo propose then i debate.
