These have been shown to prevent some diarrhea and are good for stomach health and digestion.
Additionally, it has a lot of protein and also calcium, vitamin B-2, B-12, potassium, and magnesium.
Finally, it can be tolerated by some people with lactose intolerance.
Of course, some of the benefits are outweighed by high sugar levels in some manufactured yogurt.
