Lay-away Plan Rules
1) To ensure reservation of item for lay-away, a 20% DOWNPAYMENT should be paid by the customer.
2) The 80% balance will be paid in the following options:
Option 1: balance payable equally in the following installment schemes:
^weekly or 4 times a month (every Saturday of the week)
^bi-monthly or 2 times a month (every 15th and 30th)
^monthy or once a month
Option 2: balance will be paid anytime and in any amount during the installment period, provided however that the first cash installment will be made 1 MONTH after the DOWNPAYMENT was made. Failure to do so means that the reservation is forfeited and sale is deemed cancelled.
3) MAXIMUM installment period is 3 MONTHS ONLY.
4) Non-completion of payment during the agreed installment period and agreed payment scheme is a ground for the forfeiture of the reservation and cancellation of the sale.
5) The 20% DOWNPAYMENT is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel your reservation, the downpayment paid will not be returned to you.
6) The cash installments paid may be REFUNDED, however, 15% of the total amount refundable will be deducted as penalty. Total amount refundable means the total cash payments made after the downpayment. (NOTE: DOWNPAYMENT not included as refundable amount (refer to no. 4).
7) Change in reserved item is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
Item will be given right away after completion of payment.
