Duties & Responsibilities:
•Prepare and post SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig remittances
•Ensure or make employees aware of their benefits and assist employees in the processing of SSS benefits, Pag-ibig loans, and other benefits
•Facilitate the processing of employees’ SSS, Phil-Health, Pag-ibig and BIR documents
•Ensure that newly hired employees are listed in the Timekeeping or Biometrics System
•Process semi-monthly payroll of employees
•Update and maintain payroll system
•Answer payroll related queries
•Calculate final pay of separated employees
•Process increase and calculation of back pays
•Consolidate monthly government contribution reports
•Payroll administration
•Assist in managing the payroll system to provide accurate and timely processing of company’s payroll
•Update and maintain payroll records
•Perform such other duties as may be required by the management from time to time or as the situation dictates


Job Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years work experience as CompBen specialist
• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or Accountancy or other related course
• Has the ability to analyze data effectively
• Attention to detail and numeric capability
• Knowledgeable of government policies related to SSS, PhilHealth & Pag-ibig
• Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks
• Excellent time-management skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge in MS office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Good communication skills
